Home Workout time!


I wanted to share with you guys a little cross training workout that I have been doing at home lately on days where I want to get a workout in but time is totally coming down on me!

so if you are strapped for time and want a joyful little lift, give this a go and let me know what you think!

50 star jumps

20 squats

20 backwards lunges

60 second plank

15 sumo squat jumps

15 dish crunches

40 star jumps

20 push ups

45 second mountain climber

20 dolphin pushups

30 second side plank

60 second side plank

30 second other side plank

60 second wall sit

rest 2 minutes and repeat
